Vice PresidentLinda is Vice President for Property Management and Commercial Finance, she is responsible for day-to-day management of Chesley’s Commercial Office properties in Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties. She also is responsible for lease negotiations and financing on those properties, totaling 224,000 square feet. Linda, who has been associated with the Chesley Company since 1977, has arranged construction financing for three office condominium projects totaling 133,000 square feet.
Since 1970 the Residential Real Estate operations have sold and settled over 12,000 homes for a dollar value in excess of $1.10 Billion. W.F. Chesley Real Estate, Inc has represented many new home builders over the last 23 years, including the K&P Builders, Legend Homes, Ridgely Builders, Mona Builders, Procopio & Sons, Stanley Martin Communities, Norsab Builders, American Standard, Mount Oak Construction, Michael T. Rose Companies, JRL Construction, Inc. and TKR Construction, Inc.
The Property Management Division, headed by Vice President Linda Johnson, has the responsibility for the day-to-day management of Chesley owned office and retail properties in Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties, which total 313,000 square feet.
The Construction Division is responsible for preparing space plans for tenants in Chesley’s office buildings, preparing specifications and bid documents for facility improvements, and for building maintenance. The Division, which includes Russell Baker, Jacki Ferko and Dan Marker, also is involved in managing construction activities at Chesley’s 1200 lot Perrywood residential subdivision in Upper Marlboro.
The Development Division oversees the development of Chesley’s Residential subdivision projects. The largest of these projects is the Perrywood Planned Community, with the development of 1200 lots. This Division also includes a full-time Project Supervisor, Russell Baker, with 30 years experience and Project Coordinators, Jacki Ferko and Dan Marker, who assist in the planning and implementation of design and engineering of residential and commercial projects.
