COMPANY PROFILE:

W. F. Chesley Real Estate, Inc. was formed in 1970 by William F. Chesley and has become one of the area’s most successful diversified real estate companies. Although well known as a successful commercial and residential brokerage firm, the Company’s land development and construction divisions have built several office complexes and retail centers in the metropolitan area. Chesley’s properties include the 64,000 square foot Crofton Business Center and 54,000 square foot Priest Bridge Overlook, two four-story office buildings in Crofton; a combination retail and office building on U.S. 301 in Crofton; the Port of Bladensburg Shopping Center in Bladensburg, and the Enterprise Office Park, a 43,000 square foot office condominium project in Lanham. W.F. Chesley and his affiliated companies have been involved in the construction of ten projects totaling more than 291,000 square feet of office space. Currently, W.F. Chesley owns and manages ten properties totaling 313,000 square feet of leasable space, 95% of which is leased, and manages several commercial investment properties for others.


WILLIAM F. CHESLEY PROFILE:

W.F. Chesley Born in 1943 - Four children. Since its founding, the Company has continued to grow and is currently one of the largest single real estate companies in the area. Mr. Chesley feels that his success is in part from building a good working relationship with the local civic associations, as well as the County Council, by developing projects of high quality within the same geographical area and a willingness to provide amenities and facilities to enhance the neighborhood.
